Vendor & Sponsor No-Refund Policy

By registering as a vendor or sponsor for the Wilson NC Community Bargain Shop Group Expo, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refund Policy

All vendor booth fees, sponsorship payments, upgrades, deposits, and related event purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because event planning, advertising, venue expenses, marketing, and space reservations begin immediately upon registration, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation by the vendor or sponsor
• Failure to attend the event
• Scheduling conflicts
• Business or personal emergencies
• Weather conditions
• Travel delays
• Dissatisfaction with attendance or sales
• Any other unforeseen circumstances

If the event must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, vendor and sponsor payments will be applied to the rescheduled event date. If the event is canceled without a rescheduled date, the event organizers will determine whether credits or alternative participation opportunities will be offered.

Vendor and sponsor spaces are not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy and all event rules and regulations.
